Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will play an integral part in the therapeutic process by:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individual and family dynamics.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as individual sessions with family members.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as conflicts, grief, and job stress.
\n
• Fostering open communication among family members to resolve conflicts and improve relationships.
\n
• Documenting progress and strategies using electronic health record systems, maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations throughout.

• Developing customized care plans that align with clients' goals and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFTs work primarily with couples and families, tackling critical issues that may include:

• Effects of physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Managing grief and loss.
\n
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members.
\n
• Challenges faced by blended families, including remarriages and the complexities of step-parenting.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
