Mortgage Operations Associate (Entry-Level)
Location:  Corporate (Milford, CT)

Total Mortgage is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized Mortgage Operations Associate to join our growing team. This entry-level, in-office role, is ideal for someone eager to learn the mortgage industry, develop operational expertise, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The right candidate is proactive, able to multitask effectively, and thrives in a role where accuracy and efficiency are key. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day mortgage operations, including loan setup, file management, and documentation tracking
• Communicate with internal and external partners
• Update systems and maintain accurate records of loan status
• Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Provide operational support as needed

Hours for position:
M-F 9am-5pm
This position may require frequent additional hours, at times on a daily basis; must be available to work additional hours on short notice as determined by management to meet customer service and investor requirements
