Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for students, involving interviews, standardized tools, and collaboration with educational staff to gain insights into each student’s circumstances.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs. This may include evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychoeducation.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions addressing a range of emotional and behavioral issues, promoting personal growth through therapeutic exercises and discussions.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, employing de-escalation techniques and timely referrals to ensure students receive appropriate levels of care.

• Educate students and family members on mental health topics and resources, empowering them with the knowledge to enhance their understanding and manage challenges effectively.

• Maintain detailed and concise documentation of student assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in alignment with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings to discuss student progress, necessary adjustments in treatment, and to foster a collaborative spirit among professionals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
