Your Role in Care

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnoses, and creating personalized treatment plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions in tandem with physicians or autonomously (depending on your credentials)

• Valid Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of California
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
