COO - OPS - Institutions OperationsAdministrative Associate II (S)Salary Range: $ 31,200 - $ 51,249This position is located at Bertie Correctional Institution in Windsor, NC. Reporting to the Administrative Officer at a multi-level custody male correctional facility with approximately 275 employees.The primary duties of this position will include but are not limited to:Provide administrative and clerical support to Administrative ServicesAnswer telephone calls, greet visitors and direct inquires appropriatelyMaintain confidential employee files, personnel records and HR documentationPrepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and forms.Assists with recruitment activities, scheduling candidates and processing applicants for interviewPrepare weekly and monthly report for Administrative ServicesUpdate Administrative Services organization chart, Standard Operating Procedures and assist with preparation for audit.This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with State Benefits.
