Karen Allen Salons have been serving the Riverside & Temecula area for over 25 years. We're looking for a polished, energetic, and guest-focused Salon Coordinator to join our front desk and support our team in delivering an exceptional salon experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love creating memorable guest experiences, and have strong leadership and organizational skills, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and daily salon operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.
• Support stylists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism.
• Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Promote salon services, retail products, and current promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area.
• Assist with inventory management and retail merchandising.
• Help create a positive, team-oriented salon culture.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a salon coordinator, receptionist, or in a customer service role (salon or spa experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using salon scheduling software and POS systems.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
