Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEPs and goal-driven therapeutic interventions
• Excellent communication skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and adapt to diverse student needs
• Familiarity with relevant assessments, documentation, and compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ physical abilities and develop targeted intervention plans
• Deliver direct PT services according to individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Document sessions, progress, and outcomes clearly per school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt classroom activities as needed
• Provide training and support for staff and families on physical development strategies and equipment use
• Contribute to IEP meetings and support holistic student success in academic and physical domains
