-Connect the dots across the business
-Drive follow-through and accountability across teams
-Keep initiatives moving when others stall
-Act as the go-to person for "how do we make this happen?"
-Own critical operations
-Manage contract systems, governance documentation, and key processes
-Handle sensitive info with discretion and sound judgment
-Improve workflows and eliminate inefficiencies (you won't be told—you'll lead it)
-Solve problems that don't have playbooks
-Jump into high-priority projects
-Do the research, connect the insights, and move things forward

-5+ years supporting senior executives (non-negotiable)
-Experience in complex, high-performance environments
-Strong systems mindset (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, SAP/BI, Adobe Sign, etc.)
-Exceptional organization + executive-level communication
-The ability to handle sensitive situations with total discretion
