This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide mental health services from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet client needs. You will be utilizing telehealth technologies to conduct therapy sessions, engage with clients, and collaborate with colleagues. The team operates from Monday to Friday, with core hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through virtual platforms to understand each patient's unique experiences, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Provide therapy sessions—both individually and in groups—focusing on resilience, coping strategies, and overall mental health improvement.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention when clients face mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, coupled with sensitivity to cultural diversity in therapy.

• Prior experience in delivering individual and group therapy using inclusive approaches, engaging patients with diverse backgrounds.

• Strong crisis intervention abilities, along with a calm, solution-focused approach in challenging scenarios.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer applications to maintain records and documentation.
