Job Title: Senior Project Accountant

Location: Miami

Compensation: $95,000-105,000 + Bonus

Job Type: Full Time

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of project accounting experience, preferably within construction or infrastructure environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of accounting standards, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Track, analyze, and report project costs, including capital expenditures and operating expenses
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, reconciliations, variance analyses, and project-related reporting
• Support budgeting activities, fixed asset management, and financial close processes
• Partner cross-functionally with project managers and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support project goals
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Assist in testing and improving accounting and project management processes
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support organizational growth
