Mechanically Inclined Machine Operator – Temp to Hire

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and production equipment
• Learn the setup and operation of specialized machinery
• Assist with machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting
• Identify equipment issues and communicate problems to the appropriate team members
• Perform basic mechanical tasks and adjustments as trained
• Load materials and monitor production processes
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Follow production, safety, and operating procedures
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Learn additional equipment and responsibilities as your skills develop

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is hands-on, mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to learn.

Ideal candidates may have experience with:

• Manufacturing or production equipment
• Machine operation
• Mechanical assembly
• Automotive repair
• Industrial equipment
• Welding or fabrication
• CNC machinery
• Forklifts or other industrial equipment
• Construction or skilled trades
• Preventative maintenance
• Using hand and power tools
• Troubleshooting mechanical problems

Formal manufacturing experience is helpful, but we're also interested in candidates who have strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
