Food Batch Mixing Technician
- Location: Manteno, IL
- Pay: $22.00/hour
- Shift: To be discussed

- Weigh and measure ingredients per recipe and production schedule
- Run mixers and peripheral equipment efficiently and safely
- Monitor and adjust dough consistency to meet specifications
- Conduct quality checks: temperature, texture, and visual appearance
- Record batch data, maintain logs, and ensure accurate lot traceability
- Uphold GMP and food safety standards; keep your area clean
- Report safety concerns promptly; communicate with the production team
- Assist with additional operational duties as needed
- Manufacturing or assembly experience; food production preferred
- Ability to operate manufacturing equipment with a safety-first mindset
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Clear team communication skills
- Commitment to established safety procedures and standards
- Manufacturing and assembly fundamentals

- Equipment operation and basic maintenance
