This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional service across multiple communication channels while assisting customers with financing solutions and account-related needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience.**Key Responsibilities*** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.* Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure appropriate follow-up.* Perform loan servicing activities, including account maintenance, transactions, and adjustments.* Assist with AutoPay enrollment, online banking, bill pay, and account updates.* Research and resolve inquiries using internal systems and resources.* Address customer concerns professionally; escalate complex issues as needed.* Explain account activity, transaction history, and product details.* Meet or exceed call center performance metrics.* Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.* Perform additional duties, as assigned.## Qualifications**Qualifications and Experience*** High school diploma or equivalent required.* Ability to work 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.* Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.* Customer service and sales experience required; banking or financial services experience preferred.* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.* Ability to manage high volumes of work with attention to detail.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with financial systems preferred.* Ability to apply bank regulations and compliance standards.**Why Security First Bank**Security First Bank offers an excellent entry‐level opportunity within a community‐focused financial institution recognized for integrity, customer trust, and operational excellence.
