Multifamily Leasing Manager

\nWeins Development Group is a Denver real estate company founded in 2002. We develop, own, and manage our own buildings: apartments, offices, and mixed-use. We don’t outsource management; we run our properties ourselves.
\nThe role
\nLease up Pitch Lofts, our brand-new 75-unit apartment community, and keep our existing buildings full. You own leads, tours, leases, and renewals. You report directly to the CEO.
\nWhat you’ll do
\n- \n
- Respond to leads same day, give tours, process applications, and sign leases \n
- Manage listings, photos, and pricing in AppFolio and marketing channels \n
- Run renewals and retention across the portfolio \n
- Coordinate turns with operations so units don’t sit \n
- Report weekly on leads, conversions, occupancy, and renewals \n
What we’re looking for
\n- \n
- 3+ years of multifamily leasing with at least one lease-up \n
- Comfortable with AppFolio or similar \n
- Fast follow-up, organized, closes deals \n
- Colorado real estate license preferred, or willing to get one \n
- English/Spanish is a plus \n
Compensation
\n- \n
- Base salary: $60,000–$70,000 \n
- Commission: $200 per new lease and $150 per renewal. Uncapped. Paid after move-in. \n
- Pitch Lofts lease-up bonuses, $20,000 total: \n
- $5,000 at 20 units leased by May 2027 \n
- $5,000 at 40 units leased by August 2027 \n
- $5,000 at 60 units leased by November 2027 \n
- $5,000 if 95% occupancy is maintained through April 2028 \n
- Realistic total earnings: $95,000–$110,000 in the lease-up year \n
- Discounted apartment in one of our buildings \n
- License fees and continuing education paid \n
- Phone allowance \n

- Growth path to Property Manager \n
Schedule
\nTuesday–Saturday, full-time, on-site in Denver.
