What You’ll Do

\n

• Generate business through prospecting, cold calling, canvassing, networking, and consistent follow-up.
\n
• Build relationships with property owners, tenants, buyers, and investors.
\n
• Research properties, market trends, and comparable transactions.
\n
• Conduct property tours and coordinate client meetings.
\n
• Prepare listing presentations, proposals, and offers with team support.
\n
• Guide sales and leasing opportunities from initial outreach through closing.
\n
• Use Pipedrive and MatchPointAI to organize your pipeline and identify opportunities.
\n
• Participate in team meetings, training, and business development initiatives.
\n

Compensation

\n

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with no base salary. Earnings are based on completed transactions.
