About the Role

We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Company. As part of our team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for resolving customer concerns, and helping make sure every customer has a great experience. This is a fast-paced role where organization, communication, and teamwork matter every day.

What You’ll Do

• Answering and routing incoming calls.
• Interact with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Resolve customers' concerns and answer customers' questions to the best of your ability.
• Maintaining customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent qualifications required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Has the ability to work independently and complete assignments.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and a true team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
