Manage a team of 20 newly hired Sales Development Representatives and ensure job readiness within the first 60 days. Transition SDRs to Regional SDR Managers upon completion of the onboarding program. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Curriculum Designers, HR, and Regional Management.
