- Building/property/project ecosystem experience (e.g., real estate, infrastructure, smart building, facility-related industries)
- Local business operators with extensive networks
- Overseas Chinese with long-term local presence
- Native local professionals with strong regional relationships
- Strong geographical and cultural connection to the assigned country/region
- Deep understanding of local lifestyle, consumption habits, and business norms
- Quality and volume of identified business opportunities
- Strategic partnerships established
- Commercial deals successfully facilitated

- Identify emerging market opportunities aligned with company products and strategy
- Continuously map local industry ecosystem, stakeholders, and potential partners
- Provide actionable market intelligence and strategic insights

- Act as the company’s trusted representative in the region
- Build long-term collaboration pipelines rather than short-term transactions
- Bridge internal teams and external partners to accelerate deal progress
- Facilitate negotiations and support partnership structuring
- Drive opportunities from discovery to execution
- Represent company in regional events, industry forums, and partner engagements
- Provide cultural and business context to internal teams
- Support localization strategy when needed
