Job Description
The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in providing attentive and compassionate care to approximately 14 clients (Maximum). This position involves direct communication with clients, ensuring clients' needs are addressed effectively. Reporting to the Support Manager, the specialist supports facility operations, facilitates medication distribution, and occasionally coordinates group outings. A valid driver’s license and knowledge of addiction are important to excel in this role.
Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with clients
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally
- Supervise facility activities ensuring a safe environment
- Distribute medication following established protocols
- Organize and oversee group outings and activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in client support
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and multitasking
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of addiction
