Job Location (Remote - Idaho )We are seeking Certified Residential Appraisers across the state. We also invest in marketing, proprietary technology and operational support to create more opportunities and streamline your workflow.About the PositionEvery appraiser starts as a 1099 independent contractor with competitive per-report pay for their first 90 days. That period lets both sides confirm the fit: volume, quality, reliability and alignment with how we work.After 90 days, our goal is to move strong performers onto our salaried W-2 staff team, especially in high-volume markets. Staff appraisers receive performance-based bonuses and health benefits.
