How You’ll Make a Difference As Branch Manager, you’ll set the tone for the entire operation. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day branch operations across sales, service, parts, and rental, keeping teams aligned and working together. Drive financial performance by owning the business plan, budgets, and operational results. Recruit, develop, and coach top talent—building a high-performing, motivated, and diverse team. Strengthen customer relationships while partnering with leadership and shared services to execute a smart, achievable plan. What You’ll Bring Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing people and building strong teams. Solid financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and understanding income statements. A customer-focused mindset with strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills. Industry experience in transportation, mobility equipment, or a closely related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
