Subcontracts Administrator

To support subcontract administration efforts, the full-time Subcontracts Administrator IV will manage pre- and post-award subcontract activities, including soliciting and negotiating subcontractor proposals in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and solicit bids from suppliers, ensuring compliance with specifications and contractual terms Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor proposals, focusing on pricing, delivery schedules, and compliance with government requirements Manage subcontractor performance through effective communication and collaboration with program managers and finance teams Required qualifications 8+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree Prior experience in government procurement and subcontract administration Proficiency in evaluating and negotiating terms to mitigate risks based on subcontract award types Experience with Deltek Costpoint for issuing procurements across various contract types Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
