What You'll Do

• Provide expert emergency care to pediatric patients in a busy department (~55,000 annual visits)
• Collaborate with subspecialty teams including PICU, CVICU, NICU, and hospitalists on complex cases
• Engage in bedside teaching and supervise Pediatric, Emergency Medicine, and Family Practice residents from multiple programs
• Participate in training and educational sessions for Pediatric ER fellows if desired
• Support documentation and patient care with full scribe coverage
• Work in a multidisciplinary environment focusing on patient safety and quality care
• Contribute to a physician-led team dedicated to clinical excellence and continuous improvement

What You Need

Required:

• Pediatric emergency medicine fellowship training
• Valid medical license in Nevada or ability to obtain one

Preferred:

• Prior experience in pediatric emergency settings
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
