What You'll Do Support month-end and year-end close activities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting Assist with quarterly and annual financial statements Support audits and compliance activities Manage fixed assets, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations Participate in debt reporting and lender compliance requirements Collaborate across departments to improve processes and strengthen controls Help build scalable accounting procedures to support future growth What We're Looking For 4+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of the close process, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations A hands‑on mindset with the ability to operate in evolving environments Someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Who Will Thrive Here?
