About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in bringing structure and operational excellence to its growing, distributed team. This key position involves owning day-to-day operational coordination across multiple locations, building standard operating procedures from the ground up, and leading the recruitment and onboarding processes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for defining and implementing workflows for various operational tasks, driving the sourcing and management of AI content creators, and leading the rollout of new AI tools across the organization. As the agency scales, the Chief of Staff will be instrumental in building the operational backbone needed to support a fast-growing, agile client roster and will work closely with the founder and CEO on strategic projects and business priorities. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have a background in a high-growth company, particularly in a tech startup or agency, with a focus on operations and experience in a similar capacity. The role requires a candidate with a strong track record of building and implementing standard operating procedures, the ability to work independently on business problems, and a comfort level with a fast-paced, distributed team environment. While not mandatory, experience in a marketing or creative agency and familiarity with AI tools and workflows are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, strategic thinker, capable of defining processes that can scale with the organization and will be expected to work onsite in San Francisco for four days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
