General Production Worker |

We are currently hiring General Production Workers for a modern wood manufacturing facility. Job Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment, machinery, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Move, load, and handle lumber and materials throughout the production process.
• Assist with material handling, including forklift-related duties when required.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct quality inspections on finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, forklift operation, or general labor is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work and safely work around machinery and equipment.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
