You will play a pivotal role in our finance department, providing financial analysis, maintaining the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and coordinating month‑end close processes. Coordinate and execute the month‑end close process, ensuring all financial data is accurate and reported on time. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and aid in decision‑making processes. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate reviews and audits. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing variance analysis and detailed reports to management. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge and experience in financial analysis, financial accounting, general ledger management, month‑end close processes, and account reconciliations. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly desirable. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain financial information to non‑financial colleagues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
