EDiscovery Associate (Attorney)

JD and NY bar admission required, plus 2+ years’ experience at a law firm or e-discovery provider Hybrid remote, 3 days/wk in office Required: Technical skills related to document collection and data management Working closely e-discovery vendors on collecting and transferring data Extensive experience with constructing and advising on Relativity searches Strong Relativity skills, discovery, document review, privilege review and analytical skills. This role combines project management, document review and litigation strategy: Manage and participate in e-discovery projects, including case strategy and development, discovery and trial. Liaise with firm’s e-discovery vendors and clients’ IT personnel. NY Bar Admission or ability to waive in is required.
