The Wellness Rehabilitation Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and will be passionate about improving the lives of clients through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status, strengths, and needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based interventions and solution-focused techniques.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver virtual therapy sessions seamlessly and effectively.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring clients receive immediate support during challenging times.
• Engage in professional development to stay current with best practices, ensuring a progressive approach to therapy and counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapists work primarily with a diverse adult client population facing various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, suited to a flexible remote working environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy services, including proficiency in using telehealth platforms.
• Previous work with diverse populations and a deep understanding of culturally responsive practices in therapy.
• A proven track record of developing therapeutic relationships and fostering client growth and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 – $104,000 annually, based on your caseload.
