Summary The Manager, Salesforce Business Systems is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of Cresa’s Salesforce platform, serving as a key connection between business users and technical resources. This role combines user support and service with hands‑on Salesforce administration, reporting, training, testing, and configuration to resolve issues, implement enhancements, maintain the platform, and drive user adoption While each position has defined areas of ownership, the Salesforce team operates as a collaborative, high-performing group where everyone contributes across projects and supports one another as business priorities evolve. Team members are expected to remain flexible, share knowledge, and step in wherever needed to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives, exceptional user support, and continuous platform improvement. This collaborative approach is a core expectation for every role and is fundamental to the team's success. Qualifications Required 3-5 years Salesforce experience Hands‑on Salesforce administration experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, dashboards, security, and automation. Experience training and supporting end users and troubleshooting Salesforce issues. Strong business analysis and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication, training, and customer service skills. Preferred Salesforce Administrator certification. Experience with Flow and other Salesforce automation tools. Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments. Experience working with Salesforce developers, consultants, or managed services partner.
