What You Will Do Drive new multifamily broadband partnerships with ownership groups, operators, developers, and real‑estate investors. Build and advance a pipeline of apartment community and portfolio opportunities for network expansion in target markets. Negotiate commercial terms and property access agreements, then coordinate internally to move deals toward execution. Partner with technical and delivery teams to confirm feasibility, support smooth handoff, and maintain deal momentum. Develop market presence through industry events, networking, and strategic relationship building across the multifamily ecosystem. Sell confidently to senior decision makers who care about property economics, resident experience, and long‑term asset value. What You Bring Background in fiber, broadband, telecom infrastructure, technology services, or multifamily partnership sales. Strong hunter mentality, with a track record of opening doors and creating new revenue opportunities. Executive presence and the ability to build credibility with ownership groups and senior real‑estate stakeholders. Comfort discussing both commercial value and operational considerations in a consultative sales process. Self‑directed work style, strong follow‑through, and the ability to perform in a fast‑moving, less bureaucratic environment. Existing relationships in multifamily housing, property ownership, development, or adjacent real‑estate channels are highly valued.
