Therapists work a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Our online platform facilitates seamless communication, client management, and documentation, allowing therapists to focus on what they do best – helping patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

Therapists will take on a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide individual, couples, and family therapy.

• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health issues, fostering community among participants.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention services to assist patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring prompt and effective support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapeutic services offered at Deep Logic Therapy primarily target patients coping with diverse mental health conditions. Our client base includes individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds, cultural identities, and age groups, reflecting a broad spectrum of experiences and challenges. Therapists are expected to conduct culturally competent care, recognizing and respecting the unique backgrounds and perspectives of each client.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of prevailing mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.

• Strong competencies in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and devising effective treatment plans.

• Demonstrated experience providing therapy to diverse populations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with sound judgment and professionalism.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital tools necessary for teletherapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants for the Mental Health Therapist position should have at least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, enhancing their readiness to manage a variety of therapeutic challenges efficiently.
