Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Representative will be responsible for managing invoicing corrections, processing payments, providing customer support to ensure accurate accounts receivables and timely resolution of account issues. Job Goal Support the company’s financial health by accurately processing invoice adjustments, correcting billing discrepancies, and delivering responsive customer service to ensure timely payment and a positive customer experience. Job Responsibilities Review, research, and correct invoices that may have been incorrectly billed Process price adjustments and other invoice corrections Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices, statements, and account activity Support month‑end close activities Monitor shared inbox and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner Process and post credit card payments accurately and promptly Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous office, administrative, customer service, or related work experience preferred Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to think critically and solve routine problems independently Strong verbal and written communication skills Active listening skills with the ability to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions Demonstrated sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to adapt and pivot in a fast‑paced, changing environment Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Team‑oriented and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering quality work Benefits We offer full medical, dental, and vision insurance with day‑one coverage, 401(k) with company matching beginning on day one, life, short‑term, and long‑term disability at no cost to employees, paid holidays, paid time off, leadership development training programs, and additional benefits to support staff development.
