Business Analyst
Rootshell Inc
Product AnalystDrive product specifications, user stories, and backlog management with clearly defined acceptance criteria.Ensure solutions align with IT architecture, engineering, and product requirements.Bridge business, engineering, QA, and R&D to ensure seamless product development.Review test plans, ensure complete coverage, and support QA with timely resolution of issues.Validate product builds against requirements and act as a domain expert internally.Analyze case trends and escalations to guide backlog prioritization and improvements.Bring 8+ years of product or solution analysis experience, preferably in SaaS/subscription businesses.Require strong technical understanding of microservices, cloud, SQL, and system integration.Must be Bay Area-based and experienced in Agile practices with excellent communication skills.
