Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Regional Director of Human Resources provides strategic HR leadership, operational support, and compliance oversight for assigned skilled nursing communities.

Responsibilities for Regional Director of Human Resources:

• Provide strategic guidance and support to facility HR Managers and leadership teams on HR systems, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee implementation and consistency of employee engagement and appreciation programs across assigned facilities.
• Lead and support employee relations strategies to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of workplace matters.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor and employment laws, regulations, and company policies across facilities.
• Partner with facility leadership to identify workforce challenges and develop proactive HR strategies and solutions.
• Support and guide investigations into complex employee relations matters, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to Massachusetts skilled nursing facilities to provide hands-on HR leadership and operational support.
• Drive initiatives focused on employee retention, culture improvement, leadership development, and workforce planning.

Qualifications for Regional Director of Human Resources:

• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience required, preferably in skilled nursing or senior living environments.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, HR leadership, and multi-site support.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly for on-site facility support, including Massachusetts locations.
• Proven ability to lead through change, build strong relationships, and support large-scale HR initiatives.
