Staffing Specialist/Recruiter

We are seeking an energized, organized, and customer service–driven individual to join our Elkhorn office as a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter. In this highly rewarding role, you’ll make a real impact by helping candidates navigate their job search while partnering closely with our business clients to fill light industrial, skilled trades, semiprofessional, and office positions. Key Responsibilities Complete new hire and applicant onboarding paperwork Interview candidates and conduct background checks and assessments Coordinate client interviews and client-specific orientations Process weekly payroll accurately and on time Qualifications Prior office and/or customer service experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with the sales aspect of recruiting Manufacturing knowledge is a plus, but not required What We Offer Employer-paid insurance for CompleteStaff employees A truly rewarding career helping people find meaningful employment #J-18808-Ljbffr
