Service Support Manager

Bio-Techne seeks a Service Support Manager to provide technical leadership and field support for assigned product lines in life sciences instrumentation. The role manages complex escalations, connects global service teams with engineering partners, and ensures sustainable technical support across the product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own technical support and escalations for assigned product lines, leading field investigations and issue resolution
- Represent Field Service in new product introductions and development to ensure serviceability and field readiness
- Develop and maintain service documentation, technical resources, training programs, and certification curricula
- Support global Field Service regions by connecting needs with internal teams and driving issue resolution
- Monitor field performance and escalations to identify improvement opportunities in products, processes, and training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Sciences, or related field with 2+ years relevant experience
- 5+ years relevant experience in Life Science, Medical Device, or cGMP environment without required degree
- Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise with complex instrument systems and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of ProteinSimple instrumentation, service workflows, and field support practices highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and experience managing global team relationships and ambiguous technical situations
- Proficiency with CRM databases and Microsoft Office applications
Compensation: $71,200.00 - $117,100.00
