Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, create clinical diagnoses, and formulate personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic techniques while ensuring that interventions are culturally responsive.

• Deliver immediate crisis intervention and support to clients dealing with acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and providing critical resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment outcomes aligned with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams, including mental health professionals and community organizations, to create a holistic support system for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatments, and available community resources while advocating vigorously for their needs and rights.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
