A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first month of employment.

A deep understanding of evidence-based intervention methods for patients of all ages, with knowledge about both developmental and acquired speech issues.
