This role directly impacts patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health care experience is not required. Responsibilities Patients come first. Build relationships with patients and continually improve their health through clinical goal‑setting and quality improvement initiatives. Meaningful Workday – Every Day. Develop, mentor, and inspire a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates, and community. Financial Management. Manage the clinic’s operations and performance: adhere to the budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Autonomy. Operate the clinic while receiving support from the director, regional peers, and the larger company. Foster entrepreneurship and continuous improvement. Culture & Growth. Operate within company values and reward others for demonstrating shared beliefs and behaviors. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards. Requirements Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire). Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at discretion. Collaboration essential; work daily with clinical and financial teams. Intermediate computer skills: proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
