Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Manager Labor and Delivery will provide operational oversight, fiscal management, quality improvement leadership, and strategic planning for the unit. The role is supported by charge nurses, experienced RNs, lactation consultants, educators, and an engaged interdisciplinary team including obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, pediatric providers, and surgical staff.
