Senior UX Design Specialist

To support management of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) for complex assets, the full-time remote Senior UX Design Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs, develop interaction models, and advocate for user experience throughout the product development lifecycle. Key responsibilities Plan and conduct user research to gather insights and validate design hypotheses Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement innovative solutions for product direction and user experience Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital product design using UX best practices and tools like Figma Proven experience designing for both mobile and web applications Ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders Experience with design tokens and design systems Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
