The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the business through its next phase of growth, with a focus on professionalizing operations, building repeatable systems, and ensuring strong project execution. This hands-on role demands a proven operator who can bring project discipline, stronger controls, operational visibility, and accountability across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background that includes experience as a President, General Manager, COO, or similar role, with full P&L responsibility in a contracting, field services, or specialty trades environment. Experience in electrical, mechanical, industrial services, or specialty trades construction is preferred, and the candidate should be adept at leading change in a long-standing, relationship-led business. Success in this role is defined by the ability to stabilize execution, build accountability, and create a scalable operating model.
