Dean of the College of Allied Health

the client seeks an experienced health sciences leader to serve as Dean of the College of Allied Health. The role will lead a health sciences college within the client’s health campus, supporting academic programs that prepare graduates for the healthcare workforce. The dean will advance the college’s growth and impact through academic innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and expanded research and clinical engagement, helping strengthen the college’s position and outcomes. The College of Allied Health provides multiple degree pathways across allied health disciplines, and is characterized by strong academic performance, innovative educational offerings, interprofessional learning activities, and leadership development. The next dean will guide the college to sustain enrollment momentum, support high first-time board and licensure pass rates, and foster an environment where education, research, and clinical practice are integrated to meet evolving workforce needs. Success in this role requires substantial leadership experience and a deep understanding of the health sciences, including education, research, practice, and workforce needs. The dean must hold an earned doctorate in a relevant STEM field from an accredited university and demonstrate scholarly distinction consistent with appointment as an associate or full professor within the college.
