No prior insurance experience is required. Whether you're transitioning from customer service, healthcare, retail, hospitality, education, banking, military service, administration, or sales, we provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, and mentorship from day one.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with members using Zoom and phone.

• Connect with qualified members through our provided lead system.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client experience.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.

• Assess each client's needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and policy changes.

• Provide ongoing policy support and claims assistance.

• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
