Overview Samsung Semiconductor’s AI‑related memory sales team seeks a Sales Manager responsible for driving category revenue, building customer relationships, and executing agreements to meet multi‑billion dollar targets. Location Daily onsite presence in Bellevue, WA, in alignment with our Flexible Work policy. Reports To Director, Sales. What You’ll Do Own category revenue responsibility for AI‑related memory sales with multi‑billion dollar targets. Build and maintain relationships with customer organizations and internal stakeholders. Prepare, negotiate, and close agreements on product quantities and prices across multiple departments and cultures. Execute agreements on a monthly or quarterly basis to meet revenue targets. Manage PO placement, invoicing, payments, and credit. Optimize supply‑chain activities aligned with customer requirements (hub operations, material returns, data management). Develop category strategy, forecasting, and execution plans. Collaborate on product portfolio qualifications and quality control. Analyze and align sales forecasts with production targets. Report account activities and results to management and stakeholders. Travel to customer sites in the US and international markets (Asia 1–2x per year). Qualifications Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline (equivalent experience accepted). 5+ years of customer‑facing experience, preferably in high‑value technology sales. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, business models, and growth areas. IT savvy with knowledge of infrastructure technologies. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. Sensitivity to multicultural business environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. What You Bring Additional MS/MBA degrees are a plus. Understanding of the semiconductor industry. What We Offer Base pay range: $158,000 – $252,000 USD (location‑based adjustments apply).
