Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that provide insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources.

• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client.

• Partner with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach in client care, addressing both mental and emotional health.

• Provide interventions during crisis situations, including risk assessments and safety planning.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all client interactions are well-recorded and reflective of their progress.

The position offers an attractive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
