Beyond Pain Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position. As a vital member of our detox center, you will play a critical role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients experiencing significant mental health and emotional challenges.

Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to provide critical support and services through telehealth platforms. The remote setting is complemented by collaborative efforts with your colleagues and the larger organizational structure, focused on maintaining high standards of care and compliance with ethical guidelines. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, although occasional evening or weekend hours may be required to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a diverse client caseload, utilizing Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) to guide intervention strategies.

• Engage deeply with clients, ensuring a strong therapeutic alliance is established to facilitate successful treatment outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans that reflect shared goals and leverage team strengths.
\n
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings, actively contributing ideas and feedback to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policy and insurance requirements.
\n
• Work within financial structures and external systems to advocate for client needs and ensure access to resources.
\n
• Foster an inclusive environment, ensuring respect for the diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences of both clients and colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients undergoing detoxification who may also be experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders. You will be instrumental in identifying risk factors, conducting risk assessments, and providing crisis management where necessary. Your expertise will significantly contribute to assessing emotional stability and readiness for transition into further treatment or community support mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license is required.

• Expert knowledge of clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention for populations facing mental health challenges.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and professional teams.

• Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience within a behavioral health or substance abuse setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with the specific challenges associated with detox populations and experience with Evidence-Based Treatment approaches is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
