Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of a supportive and dynamic team environment. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine clients' needs, focusing on their mental health and substance use history.

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians, psychiatrists, and addiction specialists, to ensure an integrated approach to client wellness.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with necessary community resources, such as housing assistance, vocational training, and support groups.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing training sessions and participate in team discussions to enhance clinical skills, stay updated on best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance use disorders, alongside addressing any co-occurring mental health issues. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their treatment process, helping them develop coping strategies, and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
