Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for clients entering the detox program, using evidence-based methodologies and tools.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) in collaboration with families, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Monitor client progress by analyzing outcomes and adjusting care plans as necessary, ensuring optimal levels of support and guidance.

• Provide vital support and education to families, equipping them with strategies to aid their loved ones’ recovery process.

• Utilize the coaching model to facilitate natural environment teaching, adapting your approach to resonate with various learning styles and individual needs.

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of clients and staff.

• Establish a trusting rapport with clients and families, fostering an environment of openness and empowerment crucial for recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at our Detox Center, you will work primarily with individuals struggling with substance abuse and addiction, often facing co-occurring mental health issues. Your expertise will guide these clients through challenging times, helping them develop coping skills and strategies for long-term recovery. You will also engage with families, addressing their concerns and providing them with the tools they need to support their loved ones effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• A valid driver's license is required for potential in-person visits if needed.

• Demonstrated experience working in behavioral health, particularly with children and families in early intervention settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
